Moving Regulations - Venezuela
The most long-stay visas to Venezuela are Working Resident and Business visas. Business visa is issued to people who will engage in trading, commercial, scientific or technical consulting activities in Venezuela. The Immigration Officials in Venezuela will set up the staying period. This visa can be extended in Venezuela.

In order to apply Business visa the following documents are required:
• passport valid for at least 6 months;
• visa application form, duly filled and signed by the applicant;
• 2 signed at the back passport photos;
• letter from applicant's employer giving names and address of contacts in Venezuela as well as details of the person/firm that will be responsible for the applicant's expenses/salary;
• Australian Money Order or  Australian Bank Draft payable to:  "Embassy of Venezuela"
• self-stamped and self-addressed envelope to return the passport. 

Working Resident visa is issued for one year with multiple entries. It can be also renewed in Venezuela. The firm, company or person interested in taking the services of the applicant must request his/her visa at the Immigration authorities in Venezuela, which will indicate the requirements to be fulfilled.

Requirements for application of this type of visa are listed below:
• passport valid for at least 6 months;
• 2 passport photos, signed at the back;
• visa application form, filled and signed by applicant;
• covering letter, requesting the visa and explaining reasons;
• certificate of birth;
• certificate of marriage (if applicable);
• certificates of study (if applicable);
• curriculum vitae;
• health certificate: This is a certifying the state of the applicant's health at the time of the examination;
• Australian Money Order or  Australian Bank Draft payable to: "Embassy of Venezuela";
• police clearance given by the local police department;
• self-stamped and self addressed envelope to return the passport.
