Moving Regulations - Thailand
If you plan to move to Thailand, first of all you should apply for long-stay visa. Documents necessary for the applications are the following:

• a passport valid for no less than 1 year and a half;
• a Personal Data Form;
• 4 completed and signed Visa Application Form;
• a copy of a bank statement showing a deposit or an income certificate;
• verification stating that the applicant has no criminal record issued from Australia;
• in the case of the bank statement, a letter of guarantee from the bank (an original copy) is to be shown as well;
• a medical certificate;
• if the applicant wishes to have his/her spouse stay together in the Kingdom, their marriage certificate shall also be produced as evidence.
