Moving Regulations – Jordan

If you are going to move to Jordan first of all you need a passport valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Then it is necessary to apply for a visa. The requirements for visa application are the following:
1. Passport valid for at least 6 months with at least one blank page.
2. Completed application form.
3. Fee (only cash or postal orders are accepted).
4. One recent passport-size photo.
5. Stamped, self-addressed, recorded or registered envelope.

If you need to extend residency for more than one month, you must report to the nearest Police station. Here they may extend your visa.
