If you are currently a permanent resident of Australia and want to relocate to India for permanent residence, you must fill in separate application form/s and checklist for each person applying. They must also be signed and dated by you and submitted along with your application. Besides, you should submit photocopy of Medicare card.

Initially employment visas are generally issued for a period upto 1 year. But it can be extended, if required. Applicants have to provide proof of employment: copies of contract and the terms and conditions with the company in India. Besides, an Indian company must send an appointment letter/ contract confirming employment and details of employment such as company address, designation, nature of work, salary, duration of employment/contract. Children and spouses accompanying the applicant are granted entry visas on request for the duration of the assignment. It is necessary for this to complete and sign form, to have current original passport with a minimum validity of six months and at least two blank pages.
